By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. They are provided to ensure that both parties know and  agree to this arrangement, to protect ourselves and to set expectations about our service.

 

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock gap and we will not be able to fill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with available products and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during payment based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at time of purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.

 

Terms of delivery

National transit times. Typically, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days. Orders shipped internationally are in transit between 5-15 business days. 

 

Shipping time (ex-warehouse)

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of order payment Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In some cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

Notification tracking

Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.

 

Packages damaged in transit

If you find a package damaged in transit, please contact our customer service.

 

Rights and taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Frozen Cosmetics encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the merchandise will be returned to Frozen Cosmetics and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the merchandise paid. The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.

Return and exchange policy

For hygiene reasons, skincare and makeup products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with a promotional code.

For any problems or questions with your order, contact us indicating your full name, order number, reason and, if necessary, a photo.
